BG ENVIRONMENTAL, INC. HAS PROVEN THAT SERVICE AND ABILITY IS WHAT THE NHDES IS STRIVING FOR AS WE ACCEPTED OUR THIRD CONTRACT WITH THEM. THIS CONTRACT IS FOR CHEMICAL AND HAZARDOUS WASTE EMERGENCY SPILL RESPONSE AND CLEAN UP. BG ENVIRONMENTAL, INC. was chosen as the Hazardous Waste and Chemical Emergency Response Contractor in May of 2002 and we accepted a contract that will continue into June of 2005. BG ENVIRONMENTAL, INC. was chosen as the Small Petroleum Product Emergency Response Contractor in May of 2000 (less than 500 gallons). This made us the SMALLEST contractor to ever be awarded this contract. BG ENVIRONMENTAL, INC. was asked to extend our contract into a second year and during the second year of our contract the NHDES asked our company to assist with the drafting and implementation of a contract that would include our company into the year 2006 not only for less than 500 gallon spills for any spill within the State of NH. BG ENVIRONMENTAL, INC. has consistently proven that service and ability is the key to a successful response, not the size of the company responding. Since being awarded our first contract with the NHDES in 2000 we have had as many as 30 spill response requests from the NHDES in as little as a two week span. We made every response within the amount of time allotted to us that was stipulated in the contract.

period, our employees have also managed and shipped an equal amount of PCB
and non-PCB lighting ballasts and fluorescent light tubes containing mercury
for recycling.

employees are certified for hazardous material/waste
handling and transportation and have successfully completed special training
courses (provided through outside professional firms), which include the
40-hour OSHA training required by 29 CFR 1910.120 and HM-181 Federal
Hazardous Materials Regulations. Documentation of training is made available
to all Customers upon request.
